Caltex has training on your site as well as on job site training programs. Prior to training, each dealer completes a home study course. Then the new business owners undergo intensive training that focuses on the actual business, startup operations, marketing, selling, pricing, operations management, customer acquisition and retention, and maintenance contracts among other topics.

Ongoing Support

After completing the startup training, the new business owners may want to participate in a mentoring program that pairs experienced Caltex operators with new owners in the same general service area. The purpose is to learn different aspects and skills of the business while developing your ability in new customer acquisition. Additionally, there are several regional meetings and an annual convention. More new products, new markets, equipment, and processes are displayed for the benefit of the Caltex operators and the new owners have an opportunity to meet and network with other Caltex Dealers.

For Your Investment

Owners receive on site training in sales and administration, an ongoing toll free support line, technical and business assistance, local market assistance, Caltex manufactured and tested (two decades) proprietary cleaning products. Our formulation of products is second to none. These factors allow owners to focus on getting and retaining customers and employees. The only requirement to become a Caltex Dealer is to have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to run your own business.
